To cancel your registration for an event, write to us with the reason for cancellation at shrotahouse@gmail.com 36 hours before the event date. Once the resolution is set for cancellation of your registration, we will proceed with the refund as applicable. The amount will be credited to after deducting applicable taxes based on our discretion. The payments shall not be refunded past the event date.
Any cancellation done by the registered participant within 36 hours of the event/workshop/class time shall NOT be refunded.
